STRONGER - FASTER - SMARTER

Falcons Lacrosse Club aims to develop, promote, and facilitate a positive, safe, fun, developmental and competitive lacrosse experience. Players will be taught the importance of TEAM lacrosse and sportsmanship. Players will be able to improve their knowledge of the game as well as lacrosse skills and athleticism. Our program will enable and build age-appropriate lacrosse skills and game knowledge. Every participant, regardless of initial skill level, will have the opportunity to learn the game, develop individual and teamwork skills, and prepare players for the middle school and high school levels of lacrosse.

Falcons Lacrosse Club is designed to provide a strong feeder program to the Frontier High School boys lacrosse teams and is actively supported and advised by Frontier coaches and players. Our program will allow players to flourish within a familiar system as they approach and enter into the high school lacrosse program. Players will gain the knowledge and skills that will prepare them to join, contribute, and FLY HIGH as a Frontier Falcon.

Falcons Lacrosse Club is a USA Lacrosse affiliate. Our coaches are comprised of experienced volunteers and paid staff that take pride in offering a POSITIVE and FUN lacrosse experience. They will be teachers of the game as well as teachers of character and sportsmanship.

Content

The My First Stick program is a coed, player & parent, participation lacrosse program targeted for kindergarten aged players new to the sport. This is a beginner program intended to expand the experience of playing and trying the sport of lacrosse in an age-appropriate way, by also eliminating the financial impact that had otherwise deterred new players and families from the sport in the past. There are no equipment requirements in this program as all required items and sticks are provided by the Club to all players. All that we ask is that you show up with a water bottle and a smile.

Children who take part in the My First Stick Program are taught the fundamental rules and skills of lacrosse, all while developing basic hand/eye coordination, engaging in exercise, good sportsmanship and the fun of the game. At least one parent should attend to engage in the fun. Each week will include instruction time for both child and parent on the sport of lacrosse, mini drills and activities.

All players will receive a USA Lacrosse membership as part of the registration cost!
